For over two decades, Cortney has worked at the intersection of storytelling, design, and strategy — building brands, leading creative teams, and shaping campaigns across nonprofits, lifestyle brands, and media.

She thinks in both images and language, and is at her best when strategy and soul are pointing in the same direction — where a strong visual point of view meets words that actually mean something, and the result moves people to act. She's most energized by work that has something real at stake, and she cares about making things that feel true and that actually work.

Since 2005, that's taken her across industries and into collaboration with brands and creative minds, including Tiffany & Co., Jane Fonda, Dallas Austin, Bam Margera, Jason Castro, Sherri Hill, Kristin Davis, America's Home Place, Denton House Design Studio, and Thomas Ranch. The work changes shape — creative direction, photography, brand strategy, design, content — but the belief stays the same: good work tells the truth clearly and beautifully.
